MY METHOD

How do I work?

I combine serious group games using the body, movement, painting and construction, systemic mapping, NLP techniques, coaching sessions, sensory workshops, seminars and individual exercises. My purpose is to help companies to be agile and flexible by offering experiences with impact that enhances their collective intelligence and creativity. The method applies the principles of circular learning according to which the interpersonal connection activates a virtuous process of self-observation and self-education in the participants. It overcomes the linear interpretation of reality and replaces it with a circular vision based on the interdependence of the parts.

The essence of my services
I like to describe my approach as a journey through a great waterfall. Travelers begin by immersing themselves in silence, tuning into the sounds of nature and the needs of the group, becoming attentive observers of their own thoughts and emotions as well as those of others. Finally, after passing beneath the waterfall, the travelers gather around a fire to find consensus on the new path that lies before them.
