ABOUT ME

I'm Barbara Meo-Evoli

I’ve always preferred round tables to classrooms with rows of desks. Over time, I discovered that circles are a powerful tool for teams to function better and enjoy what they do. In this setting, everyone feels heard, valued, and connected, driving radical collaboration. I firmly believe that adopting a collaborative approach in organizations is not just a competitive advantage but the key to unlocking people’s true potential.
Exploring and telling stories
My love for exploring and passion for learning about other cultures led me to live in 10 cities across 6 countries and 2 continents, adapting to new realities and adding 5 languages to my toolkit. I changed countries and professions multiple times before finding my purpose as a coach and trainer. My experience as a journalist, a privileged observer of reality, and as a coordinator of multicultural teams has allowed me to develop a methodology that helps executive committees and teams work together effectively, even in multicultural environments.
